Are you using the specific UK drivers I mentioned? The volume slider in Windows will control volume, as will the control in Skype and speakerrphone volume buttons. That works fine for me. This seems stupid since your high quality speakers are generally used as the default media device, or at least that would make the most sense.

There is a way to get around this, and I posted the full details on the Logitech help forums. The workaround to make it work there seems to be: Use the on-screen controls of Skype or other audio speakerphohe.
On all calls when there is a good voip connection, I hear the other side almost perfectly.

Drop me a comment below if you have any clue yourself. Go through the install. OTOH, on some calls, other people cannot hear me so well. This is for Windows 7 bit only: Highlight it and click End Process. That should put you at the UK site. Toggle navigation Seeds for Change.
Come on Logitech - 38MB just for the installer for the software? With some combination of settings in CallCentral, I can't remember which ones I quic,call sometimes get some of the buttons working, but it's never consistent, because for some reason I have to occasionally change settings in CallCentral. The answer was Yes, though not officially supported, it does run in Windows 7 x32 RC.

I'm not sure Logitech even officially supports the QuickCall on Vista. Choose Update Driver Software Choose Browse my computer for driver software Now browse to the voip64 folder you extracted and use that You now have working drivers!
